Sesame Paste Salad Dressing
This is a very simple to make Korean-style salad dressing that tastes delicious.
Ingredients
3 T sesame seeds
1 T mayonnaise
1 T soy sauce
1 T honey
1 t sesame oil (optional)
2 T lemon juice
1 T vinegar
Directions
Ingredients
3 T sesame seeds
1 T mayonnaise
1 T soy sauce
1 T honey
1 t sesame oil (optional)
2 T lemon juice
1 T vinegar
- Grind the sesame seeds. If you don't have a tool for this, you can use your hands to grind them. The finer, the better.
- Mix all ingredients except the lemon juice and vinegar.
- Add the lemon juice and vinegar a little at a time, tasting as you add them. It's very easy to put too much of these ingredients in and make the dressing too sour.
If the dressing becomes too sour, add more ground sesame seeds to balance the flavour.
